You’ll see “Ultimate Salon Studios” signage and the entrance. At the end of the hall you’ll find suite #17. •Cancellations: Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time will incur a 50% fee of the total appointment cost. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged the full price of the service. If you are running behind, please notify me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you. • New Clients: A valid credit or debit card is required to book your first appointment. • Deposits for Color Services: A non-refundable deposit is required for all color services. If you need to reschedule prior to the 48-hour window, the deposit may be applied to a future appointment. • No Refunds: I have a no-refund policy. If you would like to make any adjustments to your service, please contact me directly, and I will be happy to work with you to ensure you're satisfied. • Guests: For comfort and safety, please refrain from bringing additional guests to your appointment.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
A fee of 50% of the service booked will be charged for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Deposits are nonrefundable, if you need to reschedule an appointment prior to the 48 hour window your deposit may be credited to a new appointment.
No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
